@echo The one found on bodies.

I'm pretty sure what happens here is that the mobs are using the charms that they drop, but I've never been paying attention enough to notice if they do.

That would be amazing as it would mean creatures can use items again, and I've been trying to get the AI to do that properly for ages.I hope that IS happening, then we can just change the loot to be given to the creature on death instead of on spawn, and it solves the issue.

@zool they definately use the hurt ones and pretty sure some armour ones collected are used too

@zool I had a thought, perhaps the item usage is inconsistent since the items are unidentified, so if the mob makes a lore check it can be used, but if it doesn't then it can't?
Just a guess.

I just verified that all bone charms in the undead loot containers have more than once charge so it seems that they are indeed using the items.

Good stuff.
Will modify the monster loot spawning to spawn the loot on death, not when the monster is created.

@echo a good test, I bet the ones with no uses because the charges are gone are already identified.

@druidtek They are not identified. IDK why.

@echo My hypothesis is that the mob identifies and uses them, thus the missing charges, and the ones we find unidentified they didn't pass the lore check so are full charges. So a test would be next time I do the necro-goblins, check to see if any of the used charge ones are already identified when I find them as loot.
