Bospir Merchant stall

The Merchant Stall in Bospir refuses to fence this item and treats it like some sort of illegal item. I think it should be allowed though?

Either it’s marked as contraband, stolen or plot.

there are quite a few items that are like that i have found. Anything that has a diety in the description seems to be like it, presumably as they are plot so you dont alter the appearance.

I only checked with two books, but I'm pretty sure all the books used for summoning themes are marked as illegal.

There's a few that spawns on the druid quest at Tilverton.

"plot" items will be marked as stolen, thus you cannot sell them
