Dawnsquire Theron and Myself have been sent to join the Council of Twelve. He for the order of Aster and myself as an official member of the church.

Emissary of the Barbarian King Thyme,
Greetings and fair dawn! Welcome to the lands of Eveningstar, and to the hospitality of the House of the Morning! You may be interested to know that your King's reputation proceeds him, for I have already heard news of you!
The Barbarian King Thyme, wanted criminal of Tilverton for Banditry and theft of their lands.
It seems those people in Tilverton are not so strong after all as they must rely on others help to bring your King in! I have also heard news that they wish to strike a deal with you, to aid them in this conflict against us. How ridiculous! I have personally already bested this "Raven's Butcher" you speak of in front of many and relish the day I may test my strength against your King's own!
Our leaders are fearless and our people strong!
We are nine hundred, but it is we who declared war on Tilverton's twenty thousand! And yet they still seek more reinforcements? What cowards!
It is we who have already bested this "Butcher" in a duel!
Should you join our foes, we will fight you all the same! You ask for proposals? I ask you, do you really wish to align yourselves with such weaklings whom cannot even defend their own Stonelands?
No! Join us. Let us worship the sun and grow prosperous together!

To the men and women of the city of Arabel and the Council of twelve and their peers,
My name is Argun the strong. I am the DawnHammer of Lathander the Righteous! I write to you today not only to express my feelings, but those feelings shared by many others. Surely you are all aware of the conflict between EveningStar and Tilverton. It is no secret to us how many view this war. Many call it pointless. Folly. A war Eveningstar will surely lose being out numbered ten to one. But I say to those who believe such things, you miss the point of it all.
Our High Bishop does not wish war upon the innocent people of this land. He does not wish for conquest or for glory. No, this declaration of war is more than that. It is a ripple. It is to create the opportunity for the good men and women of this Kingdom to unite and rise up together against the Tyranny of Duke Obyn and his court before it is too late!
Fifty men, women, and children were slaughtered by the Duke and his flock as they fled the oppression of Tilverton. So heinous and obvious were his crimes, he was caught red handed and executed was the late lord Calantar. You can walk into Tilverton today and witness with your own eyes how the Duke rules with a bloodied, Iron fist and fear over the very subjects he was charged with! No. There is no longer the ability to deny how evil the Duke is. It is clear as day.
And so, it is now that we point our fingers at you, the other members of the council of twelve and the city of Arabel. For you have chosen, to do nothing! You have allowed the sinful vices of contentment, ignorance, and fear to bind you!
Was the Council of twelve not created for the betterment of -all- within the Kingdom?
Was it's purpose not to make sure all within the Kingdom could prosper together in unity?
Yet it has chosen to remain neutral and blind to the suffering of the very people it was made to protect!
You must condemn the Duke at once!
We at Eveningstar are tired of excuses. We are tired of watching people suffer. We are 900, brave and willing, to sacrifice it all for the betterment of the Kingdom. Are you?
If the answer is no, then I dare move for the disbandment of the Council of twelve, as it is clearly proven it no longer has the spine to fulfill it's purpose. Standing by and watching from the sidelines as the people of this Kingdom suffer cannot be allowed!

I was able to have a meeting earlier with Misa, along with Dawnsquires Evelyn and Theron joining in at the later parts of it. I brought these ideas to Misa and she seems to agree with all of them, though I did raise the High Bishop's concerns. Understandably, Misa also had her own concerns and would like to expand on this proposition even further.
Most of Misa's cliental are from the Adventuring population and outsourced to other areas, and her trading company as a whole has other crafters. Most of them however want to remain neutral in the conflict between Eveningstar and Tilverton. Understandably, people try to stay away from war as much they can. Misa is willing to accept the terms stated above, but in exchange for becoming exclusive to Eveningstar, she wishes to have a guild house set up for her here. Seeing as the High Bishop shared concerns over the distribution of Misa's more valuable items among the populace, this would give Eveningstar some semblance of control over who gets what. She wanted to make it clear that she nor her guild members were interested in becoming serfs of Eveningstar, however while they operate within Eveningstar's boarders they will be subject to Eveningstar's laws. She understands that if this agreement is to be breached in some way that she will be responsible for the consequences and making amends.

Lathander teaches us of redemption, growth, and renewal. It is always important to keep these ideals in mind when we make decisions in our day to day lives. However, in order for one to renew themselves, a genuine effort has to be made. That said, the Murrain, those Talona worshipers, do not seem like the kind to be even remotely interested in trying to redeem themselves, and the worship they do spits in the face of Lathander's teachings.
I don't think they would make a genuine effort to turn to the light.
There is nothing stopping them from taking the funds and betraying us, and I'm sure the Duke could outbid us for their services anyways.
Plus they smell bad.

I've been on a few patrols with laysword Harcourt. He seems very dedicated to Lathander's path and is a fine swordsmen. His poses could use some work, but he has enthusiasm. He has my recommendation as well.

Good morning my Dawnbrothers and Dawnsisters,
Today I write to you on the eve of these turbulent times do convey and discuss a meeting I had with one of our own native born residents, Misa Leonalloud. Misa is a well established merchant and famed smith throughout the kingdom of Arabel. She has supplied her skills and tools to the cause of many noble adventurers, and is capable of working with Mithril.
Misa came to me to explain and get off her chest, concerns pertaining to this war with Tilverton. She spoke sincerely, and with great love in her heart. While she, like most others, wish to stay away from war as much as possible, she also wishes to protect her friends and family. To this end, she is willing to offer her skills to us exclusively, but has a few conditions that I negotiated upon with her. She does not wish for fame nor coin, but only the well being and betterment of the people of Eveningstar. The deal is as follows...
Misa is willing to offer and equip Eveningstar's forces with Mithril arms and armor, as well as a supplement of enchanted items. In exchange for these services, the Order of the Aster will conduct peaceful negotiations with the Church of Chauntea and it's prominent group of priests within the Kingdom of Arabel by:
Misa seemed alright with these terms, but I eagerly await to hear your opinions and ideas if you think anything should be changed or altered.
-Dawnpriest Argun the Strong
I do not feel that going after Tilverton and it's people will fix things, rather, we should practice Lathander's teachings. Let us try to renew friendships, and spread Lathander's teachings onto them.
Yes! To this end I propose a tournament of games held in Lathander's honor, hosted within Tilverton's land so that all of its people may bask in the day's celebration. The Ravens are known to be home of tournament winners, but I wonder how they would fair outside the field of combat!

Also! The fragments speak of the incursion of heavenly bodies that were tricked into attacking EveingStar as well.
Also also! An undead summoning to the plane of shadow was also discovered in the Southhorn. I do not believe these three instances to open portals to the outer realms to be separate from one another. Something foul is afoot!
If this is to be believed, then convincing the wild walkers to testify on our behalf about what Tilverton has asked them to do will go a long way!
