Correct. Asked about this on discord a while back and DM confirmed it was only selectable as a fighter bonus feat, not a general feat.I believe the same also applies to the Second Wind feat.

To clarify, even regular bonus fighter feats are still allowed to be picked up on a general feat level up.
Are the Second wind and action surge feats intended to only be picked up on levels where you get a bonus fighter feat?

Tested the quest after reset. We didn't see any barricades, but there were a pair of chests awkwardly placed in front of the doors.

Raging Goblin Quest
Currently it seems that all of the mobs that spawn inside the quest are undisarmable. As in, even when hit successfully they do not lose their weapon.

A tiny thing to add as well. This NPC and quest is positioned RIGHT in front of the sewer entrance, which has a chance to disease you randomly simply by walking past it.

According to the NWN Wiki:
Fear is indeed a mind-affecting effect. So it should get the PfA CoA bonus, since the CoA bonus replaces the immunity that is normally given.
The Fear Spell however only has the Fear descriptor, not the mind-affecting descriptor. This is silly in my opinion, since fear is classified as a mind-affecting thing, so protection from alignment should apply to the fear spell. And if it doesn't, we should change it so it does.

Issue Desc: Quest Turn in was bugged. There were a couple "Bad Strff" traps at the beginning of the quest that I had never seen before, and all the loot placeables at the end area did not spawn.
