The forum Recipe calls for only 3 Amethyst dust. And it also says a lesser reagent, not a minor.
Edit: Also a suggestion, change "Reagent" to "Enchanting oil" where it appears on the crafting table.

Upon further investigation, I think this bug extends beyond what I originally reported. I may need a DM to verify this in game with me, but I believe my PC has not gained some of the additional feats given to pure fighters.
Please correct me if I have this wrong. In total I should have 14 feats at level ten as a pure fighter.
4 general feats. (1, 3, 6, 9)
1 human general feat (1)
6 bonus fighter feats (1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10)
3 bonus class CoA fighter feats (7, 9, 10)
However on my character sheet in game, I only have 11 feats(Plus an additional one I have not selected upon reaching level ten, for a total of 12)

Bone Arrow: +2 negative damage
Recipe: 20 small bones, 1 bone glue, 5 raven feathers.
Result: 20 Bone Arrows
Suggestion: Either increase the number of arrows crafted/reduce the amount of small bones needed, increase the amount of small bones you get from large bones, or increase the amount of bones dropped from animals.
Notes: The current recipe offers up a very cheap and cost effective way of getting these arrows, which is great for a much needed damage bonus for bow users as bows always tend to lag behind in damage scaling. It's very easy to get the components as well, both of which can be found between Arabel and Hillmarch. Many people travel this road too, so there's usually plenty of remains to pick from as well to get some resources. With that said however, I feel the recipe isn't worth the effort. It feels like it just takes too much time for little result. Most larger animals drop a single large bone, and the smaller animals drop a single small bone. Large bones can be turned into 3 small bones. In other words, a large animal is only worth 3 bone arrows. Of course, many times, a large animal will take more than 3 bone arrows to kill. You would have to slay/harvest 7 large animals to fund a single bone arrow craft (20 small bones). Archer based characters go through arrows like cheap candy however, and 20 arrows won't even last you through the first encounter of the majority of quests.

Issue Description: This bug came from me wondering about disenchanting in itself. I was asking what the purpose of it was. When I went to go use it however, the option to do it had no "Okay" choice, just back and exit. Is disenchanting gems just a left over that wasn't taken out yet?

@Strife-and-Discord
I think this happens if you click on the zone to rest rather than just use the rest button.
Pay to rest->Click on rest zone->"Not tired enough"->Wait until your rest timer is ready->Click on rest zone->"You have not paid to rest here"
@Cadiz I'm not 100% sure how the Ogre champions work. I didn't know monsters could equip weapons without having the feat proficiency to equip them. And even if they could, a double weapon should be giving them 2 ApR at the minimum instead of the 1 they get. The visual doesn't fit the reality for them.
@Puffy The mob in question are the "Ogre Oafs". They're stronger than the Ogre champions due to having 2 ApR instead of 1 but with the same to-hit bonuses, and their weapons do 2 extra electric damage.
If it's just smaller groups double spawning then that's a good fix. Honestly Strife would be able to tell you more with his data. The encounter the other day where I died had quite a bit of orcs in it, though I can't recall the exact number of them. I know it's the one that spawns with tigers.
