Reason for Water Genasi: PC grew up as a street urchin in Westgate and exhibited an affinity for the sea. In time it became apparent he was a genasi. Over the years PC became an adept sailor and later on a cunning pirate.

When PC became a respected member of a pirate crew and no longer had to worry about surviving on the streets he began wondering about his ancestry. He learned about the existence of marids and became convinced he was descended from one. After hearing about Arabel, specifically the Precept Arcanum, PC set off hoping to learn more about their heritage and uncover any hidden powers that may exist in their bloodline.

If they want any that are visual in the game, yeah.

Personality traits comes under the minimum requirements for app lite

Precept might want him for the bloodline
but he's not a sorc or have any magical powers so they'll probably not care much about him

hmm... fair, how's about:
"PC is a water genasi obsessed with their ancestry. Whether due to his bloodline or as a form of narcissism he exhibits shark-like mannerisms. Outwardly calm but in truth prone to emotional outbursts. May or may not become excited at the sight of blood. Strongly dislikes arid climates and will whine incessantly if made to adventure in such. May even throw a tantrum and refuse to participate in combat or lend a hand unless someone cools him down first.

PC believes his bloodline makes him better than members of the more "worldly" races (especially humans) and generally views them with either amusement or disdain. People are categorized as chum or crew."
