King/Queen Abyss CARES spawns are pretty brutal

This has been an issue for quite a while, I just keep forgetting to mention it because I seldom go into these areas.You will often get saddled with 2-3 cares spawns back to back.
What's not pictured here is the bandit/ooze groups just past this set. It tends to be like this throughout the entire cavern. :)

Looks similar to the Hullack spawns.
Maybe there's more close to each other.
Seems like a decent place for there to be good crafting materials within, or something else that's valuable.
Doesn't look like a bug

If there were more nodes, or the unused metals removed then I would agree but these spawns fire constantly, such that you quickly get trapped with backspawns for even the mere glimpse of something useful.
There's no real reason to traverse this area when others are less dangerous with the same chance at finding useful metal. Like the Haunted Halls which still spawns cobalt. Even the stone land tunnels, and that place is very dangerous as is.

Its brutally unfair to ask others to participate in crafting grind, though.
People have limited time and usually want to spend it doing stuff they at least refunds some of the cost. This stuff absolutely will not.

I use to go crafting there all the time, till the place become ooze grind land with a high chance of gorgan spawns. It's just to much of a deathtrap even when you bring friends currently.

Could be lighter on cares imo
Average crafter will be uninterested, assuming there isn't higher end crafting materials to be found.
Will just keep it as peeps perma invising through stuff, until oozes are in the mix

As my level 9 Barb I figured I’d give it a shot because this is just squishy wizard complaining but FUCK THAT, 2 gorgons, a beholder with like 6 minotaurs and thralls around it, one of the giga big Wyverns, it’s perma invis or nothing and even then those Greater Eye packs and Beholders will clock you 😭
In, out, zero interaction is the only way to do it.
((Note, this was a single area in Underground: Tunnels, not even this other area ://))

Sounds like a great place for DM's to place elements of a DMless plot too.

Absolutely down for it being high risk high reward but rn the only reward is the low % chance to get a few nuggets of the crafting resource you want and most of the time it’s tin and copper. ^^’

I recall those orc spawns in specific being pretty weak monsters.
