Since it's pretty clear the current set up in the Hullack is working less than smoothly and action needs to be taken, I going to place the important facts here and propose a poster.
First things first.
The magical Druidic storm is frying Slaad and keeping the numbers down. Until this crises is over it needs to be maintained, once this crises is over it will be wound down.
The Slaad are quite capable of breeding insanely quickly via infection, thus any group that goes into the Hullack can not leave the Hullack without a clean bill of health, the risk of out of control Slaad spawning is too great.
The Slaad are coming through a rift in elven ruins of the Tethgard era. The main hold up in ending this, is the rift is behind a lock with a elaborate puzzle to do with elven artefacts. Greg has been collecting said artefacts and has confidence he can fix the broken seal that was over the rift once he can get in. I believe he's pretty close to ending this.
Now, to ensure this situation is keep under control, I propose this following poster:
The Hullack is currently out of bounds due to a ongoing Magical Disaster. Unauthorised entry without Council of Twelve oversight will be treated as an serous crime with the possibility of being risen to capital if the offender worsens the Magical Disaster.
