I have had enough of the racist comments, the gay jokes and offensive statements. IRC is for everyone on coa to enjoy there is no need to bring your religious views or personal views about sensitive subjects you know others might take offence too.

I will have no problem banning people from IRC I see doing the above.

I am not interested in IRC being a cesspool.

You will respect other players. You will be polite. You will keep your trolling in check.

This is not a request. This is us telling you how it's going to be, if you're remotely interested in staying in this community.

If we hear complaints about trolling, if anyone is at all distressed by anyone's behavior, rest assured the offending person will be removed from IRC, and if he persists, from this community entirely.

Friendly reminder not to use IRC to make vague ooc (out of character) references as it pertains to IG (In game) knowledge or influence other players to ooc divulge IG info in character.

If you cannot remain polite and respectful, do not bother coming in the IRC channel. Thank you.

IRC is a place to relax, connect with other players, and talk about the game in a friendly environment.

If you cannot be friendly and respectful in IRC, then you are not welcome in IRC.

I am going to start being pretty liberal with IRC bans, as some people don't seem to understand this. If someone else does this to you, it does not give you the right to do so in retaliation. Contact a DM, and I we will be happy to have said player take an IRC break.

Unfriendly and un-needed behavior include:

Making fun of other players
Belittling other players
Telling other players they "Don't do anything"
Calling other players names
Calling someone a "Spiremancer"
Trolling
Being a dick
Bragging needlessly
Excessive complaining

There is also no need to bring up hot button issues like politics or real-life religeon.
