Stonelands' Spawnrates needs fixing

Time: 15:24 GMT+1Issue Description: The spawns int he stonelands are absolutely bonkers - the spawn rate is INSANE! there were at least 10 of those stupid lizards running around in those areas among a horde of other creatures~!
Dear god, please FIX this, there is no way to explore the Stonelands if behind every grain of sand there's a monster that takes a full party to kill on top of the other hordes of whatever the spawn table decided to throw in there this time.

There were at least 4 spawns of 2 Shaytan Alramls, Considering they have DC26 Con Drain poison they likely shouldnt spawn so frequently

As of v7763:
They no longer have HiPS.
Poison DC has been lowered/type has been adjusted.They spawn at the same rate (20%) as other stuff in their range. They spawn in groups of 1-2.

@spiffymeister I looked at them, and I didnt see HiPS as a feat on them. I forgot to look at the DC on the bite though. Next time!

@echo They don't have HIPS, they have some variation of the bulette landshark ability, they dive into the ground and emerge elsewhere.

@spiffymeister So they are Bulettes but somehow worse? Their average damage sure seems equal to land sharks

@zolm it is possible the spawn rate in cares might have been a bit skewed yesterday, as i was wandering around with two summons at my side, and there were two other characters in the area as well (you and your travelling companion). could that possibly had a effect on the reason there were 2 groups of 2 still on the loose?
3 of those creatures were cleared out just prior to our departing of ways, where i returned to Tilverton.
