Issue Description: When I attempt to rest, I am told I paid for an inn room, not an inn floor. Additionally, I should have a -free resting- in the area, imo.
As per the post, selling Flint isn't enough, sell 'campfire fuel' as well, or something.
Says I need to pay to rest there. I believe, as this is a 'perk' facility, it should be free.
Been meaning to report this forever- yea, it needs to be moved. ;)
Owlbears should also spawn outside of quests. Maybe adding a few to the hullack CARES encounters?
It has Minable rock nodes instead of the new crafting resource mining nodes.
