1). Human blue dragontouched /Sorcerer/LN/0/ Prudence Helmschild

2). Applying for Blue Dragontouched with a history with the Everwatch special background and maybe some starting gear. Also aiming to join the Wildwalkers.
With the gear it’s not exactly critical for her concept to have it. I like a starting beak helmet/plague doctor hood and some hobo styled full body covering cloths to create an air of mystery about who she really is and use as a signature outfit she doesn’t change out of. The exact stats don’t matter too much, but bluff, spellcraft and lore and save vs disease make loads of sense, and extra spells, DR and AC never hurt anyone.

3). Story wise Prudence Helmchild is a blue dragonblood with very obvious draconic heritage. Abandoned by her parents for her looks, she was adopted and raised by the local Helmites, before latter becoming a member of the Everwatch.
However she didn’t like it when Nahlo took over from Amblecrown, as she saw Amblecrown as her father figure and Nahlo close links with Gondegal as quite shameful.
Prudence has always been very secretive and good at deception (hating your own face helps), so it wasn’t hard for her to leave her uniform, dress up as some random hobo and reinvent herself as Ava Shadowraven, Prophet of the Celestial Raven and just blend into general crazies that live in the sewers and poorer parts of town.
Plotwise “Be vigilant. Stand, wait, and watch carefully” is her mantra. She aiming to sell herself as a mage for hire, but that so she knows what going off and can blackmail, backstab and mislead people towards the end goal of protecting the weak and helpless. She also happy to actually help people trying to do that, but weary of letting anyone get to close to the truth of her one-woman Helmite crusade…. Let them think she a random crazy who can see the future and past (sometimes).
She also recently become aware that the druidic spirit of the Raven is a thing, and will be joining the Wildwalkers to try and win it over to her cause. This will also make her team nature pet mage, so I expect lots of plottage to do with the factions’ goals.
I’m also considering having her try to take over the sewers or “undercity” and sneak in some Helmite ethics under the guise of gang rules if I can get some momentum.

In general, the main reason I want the background is pretty simple, she can cause conflict between the factions just by existing. The Greywatch will see her as either as deserter, useful spy or both. The Precept will click she must be a freak under her helmet and want her under there banner and when she’s is in the Wildwalkers she be with neither!

This. I don’t understand what the player is specially asking for or wants to do.
