movement around eveningstar

with the haunted halls being opened it would be good if there was a way to allow travel for exiles without having to go all the way around and through immersea to get there (which probably shouldnt be allowed either!).
maybe move the eveningstar guard post to within the forest ring so that people can move down from the tunnel system to the north to pass west?
or alternatively create a new exit form tunnel system on the map to the west of eveningstar?

There are underground passages for this.

There are but it might be worth another quick look to make sure this all still works, some guard were moved fairly recently.

there is a dawnsquire at the transition to the west which essentially stops access north to south as well as to the west.
also militia in the farms and a farmer (who is also a blue npc, though less liekly to want to attack an adventurer)

@Cadiz Dawnsquire probly just needs moving then.
Otherwise, it'd require a new exit/entrance that opens into the halls area, which we can get around making by just moving that one guard.

sounds good to me, also worth movving the militiaman form in the farm so you can move south to west too

Moved the farms guards to allow easier access to the new underpassage
