Server Appreciation Thread

All,
I am still learning the server, but have been on for a bit now. Given that and some of the other frustrations I have seen on the forums, I thought it would be a good idea to list the things you -enjoy- about the server. I think its easy to forget all the good things going on when something frustrating happens. Given that, I will start.-
A range of quests at various levels ranging from hard to relatively easy. This lets people either challenge themselves or play non-optimal builds and still have fun.
-
A good supply of gold form the given quests and relatively cheap potions. This means even if things do go very wrong its usually not that hard to rebuild yourself.
-
Some fairly diverse and neat groups of factions provided for us to play in.
-
V5, from the snippets being released it looks like it will be -awesome-.

I exist.
wait, thats a bit egotistical.
Hmm….
Oh yeah!
The players!

I love CoA, not only because it was the first Persistent World Server I logged into, but also because the entirety of the DM Team and the Players here that make the server feel so alive with the various stories and personalities you would expect to see any any fantasy city. Well done and kudos to everyone to doing their part in keeping CoA the best server running on such a long running game.

One of the warmest, welcoming online communities I've ever been a part of. This community is truly a diamond in the rough.
Also, Shira's Dog. You've changed my life.

About Shira's dog I feel like all the jokes I can't share with anyone!

From my perspective the longer i have played here the more involving and fulfilling the game play has been due to the efforts of other players, DMs and let us not forget those red npcs.

The rich history and layered plots.

Trolling the criminal underground with B-Rock

The impact players can have on the server. With enough time and effort, you can theoretically do anything you want. Nothing is out of bounds, just some things (taking over Arabel, becoming a god, etc.) are improbable…and yet still possible in the tiniest fraction.
