Going by the drum of the lowborn, Tilverton's a veritable treasurehold.
Whether that's just because of the coin they skim off their peasants (which I'm assured they do) or if they've got actual treasures... pretty sure it's a good chance they've got something that valuable. Or at least we can remove a bit of the wealth and maybe buy one?
