Demons & Dragons in the Stonelands

Dear Nix, please find attached some intel on the demon snake cult for your orgnisations files
Venture 1
The activities of the ‘Demon Snake cult’ caught my attention while I was investigating reports of two flying lizards fighting it out in the Stonelands for the Precept.

Investigations by myself and the late Watcher Swift discovered a large number of hostile wyverns, bandits and snakes in the area and found a sealed tomb. Eventually we found an old man with a rather heavy looking bag and excellent beard. He asked us to clear a camp of bandits for more info on the tomb (humans and monstrous both) were we eventually found a flaming ruin.

Two half red dragons attacked us and after we eventually defeated them the old man returned. He talked of taking what he was ‘promised’ by King Faruk Dolmos from his tomb using the ‘keys’... then tried to murder us by summoning two cat headed fiends. We killed them too (I took an eye from one as sample for identification or latter arcane purpose) and recovered a pair of swords, one a greatsword, one a bastardsword.

Venture 2
We returned to the tomb with the addition of Esme and a few others and used the two swords to open it up using the blades. Inside we found many snake men, snakes, fungus infested wyverns and undead.

Eventually we found a still beating heart in some kind of necromantic rite, and Esme identified it as broadly draconic. We decided to leave it alone and investigated further.

Further in we ran into a many armed human/snake demon woman thing that wanted to eat Esme because her draconic heritage. After a hard fight we banished it and noted the draconic statue behind it was -really- realistic and missing its heart. After much debate we conclude the statue was a petrified red dragon, but extremely weak due to the hearts condition.

Esme decided to put the heart back and the dragon returned to flesh and introduced himself as Vraxith. He told us that he had been fighting a silver dragon Fi’lendociolgrazag with his mate Grinnsira’lorkig when warlock and demons had attacked from east and his mate’s lair had been in the south. Then requested we tell her of his fate before crumbling to dust. Also of note he knew Faruk as a living man… meaning this all took place 900 years ago or so.

The short of that screed is there's a silver and red dragon in the desert. The red one has a gate key to a ruin under the sand.
Also there's demons all over that eat dragons and dragonkin like this bod.
