After visiting a mountaintop that had connections with elemental air we came up with an idea of an ritual to gather enough air elementals to summon a storm, perhaps using a ritual of summoning from my goddess, Aerdrie Faenya. And then bottle it's essence. Figured I get the opinion of the bod in charge of this Ritual.
Sir Essil Winthrop was knighted by an Efreeti Noble in the City of Bronze in the Elemental Realm of Fire. Of course, he wears this badge with pride, and insists on being called 'ser,' and this has landed the company in hot water with local nobles on the prime in the past. Despite this- Essil still introduces himself as such, and under no circumstances will compromise on it.
He is the leader of your band, charismatic and knowledgeable - he was fortunate enough to find the remains and belongings of a true Planeswalker, and since then- used it to travel the myriad realms of the world beyond the Prime, his eyes having seen horizons only witnessed by the truly powerful in the past. He leads by example- and will not ask of you what he is unwilling to do himself.
Jacob "Gillbreather" Harrison
Jacob is a Water Genasi Wizard specializing in portals, conjuration, and the planes in general- and, frankly, never bothered to learn other spells.
Despite this, he is never far from Essil's side in combat, and he known to value tea very much, and has, in the past, scorned any establishment that did not serve it- nearly dying from dehydration in the Plane of Fire before Essil held him down and forced him to drink the water. He is taciturn, and only speaks in any measure when drunk.
I actually just remember that there's some teleportation runes of sorts down there, that's been muddled up by someone.
Either that someone didn't want anyone following, or they deemed the place too dangerous. Maybe both.
Pretty sure doing anything creating big waves in the area, is bound to mess with the fragile seal inside.
Which leads to a whole different discussion concerning what's inside.
Nice one, Gills.
I'm good for whenever, more or less.
// Can do all days from 7PM-1AM'ish GMT+1, except friday, where I can probably first from 9PM.
I've signed up with that Jasda for a hunt on the rats.
I'm also trying to cook up a few traps, to take out big chunks of the population - with Jasda providing some magical lure.
I'll lay them out in the coming days. So if the air in Arabel smell charred some day, you'll know they worked.
Fye was scragged by one of the blue-eyed. Checked her over for parasites. No signs. Will be using poison to try to flush one out just in case.
Encountered some kind of beholder experiment roaming the stonelands. It was cold and rotten and covered in an alchemical dispelling solution. Fye's words, not mine.
Had a group of forzen corpses and a giant moving puddle of viscera and gore. Their crew was deadly. Took Fye down in seconds, but I beat them.
Ursula showed up after. Wanted something the experiment had. I weren't letting her get it. Almost boxed her but had to run and get Fye back. Only just slipped the knot with my life.
Any dark you get on this beholder blek's valuable to me. Make sure you shed it.
