Not sure if a bug but there are 10 charges on the item but no other benefits for the 361gp cost

If not a bug a suggestion would be to update the description of what it should do. The forum does not mention this feat is only selectable as a bonus fighter feat. I'd suggest adding that under prerequisites.

Issue Description: Feat is selectable at level one and level two as a fighter. Was not selectable at level three. Is it only supposed to be a bonus fighter feat?
