Can't confirm I'm at the appropriate level and meeting requirements.

It would be hard to break it if it was already there when I copied the 2da we previously used, but OK. :)

Might be it was never implemented at any time, from the looks of this
(cls_feat_fight)

Then I implemented the feats into the list in cls_feat_fight.
So, probably the tlk file isn't reading them correctly.

With imp crits, we can use scripted overrides for the tlk entries, as, they aren't level 1 feats, so can be added after the client enters.

All I know is some shit got reverted when the coa2da was created and I had to import some stuff in from the cep65tophak
