Just seen this. I think it dress up and misdirection to be blunt, because these guys have never acted like followers of Amaunator. Also calling a religious rival “Spell Beggar” seem very off to me, it term used by those with no respect for the gods in general, not a specific deity... like beholder cultists.
I believe we should just treat the group as a cult region wide and putting a dead or alive bounty on them, with these none Scarlet's being less clean cut, and thus wanted alive.

There's a certain hysterical irony in a member of a vigilante group getting upset over vigilantism. Extra funny because you apparently don't even know what a vigilante is.
She's not even advocating for vigilantism, because she wants them classified as criminals.
What is your attachment to the Scarlets, Bryce? Trust me, they're not good people. I spent the better part of an hour talking them down from murdering a child. I really think they've got you fooled Bryce, and maybe you should take a step back and reassess your evaluation of these people.

It's not about the Scarlets, Its the fact that that if someone you dislike does something relatively minor you push for dead or alive bounties, If someone you like actively attacks people they should be left alone

Oh please. Your childish and constant attacks on fellow council member has reached the point of dominating these files and this councils attention to the point of hysterics.
The point of the Council is for all the various organisation to work together towards bringing prosperity in this region. To this end we work together and try to understand each others needs and problems while sharing information. We also invite other persons who insights and skills aid in bringing this about, or show themselves of proven wisdom.
In contrast your main interests seem to stroking the flames of strife and attacking your fellow Councillors like a dog who found a bloody rag, if I didn't think you a idiot who was mostly motivated by petty spite, I be accusing you of being the Black Dragon who would be laughing with glee if they saw half your writings.
So you have a choice, learn to be a better diplomat, or if you find the idea of working with other factions and taking onboard there feeling is too much for you to do, perhaps you should surrender your own seat and pass it to Clark for the sake of the greater good.
However if your going to continue to be the petty hound of spite, I will call a vote for you to be removed from this council, as I can foresee at least four of us would vote aye, and I feel we would get far more work done than with you out, then in as things stand.
Think on things overnight.
