Fix the loot drop system in pvp.
-
Over my last three characters the system to drop someone’s loot has been broken. This results in either not getting someone’s loot when you kill/beat them which is immersion breaking as it makes no sense for their stuff to vanish in thin air. Otherwise a DM is required and they often teleport the player back to where you killed them and they have to manually drop each thing. This is also rather immersion breaking.
Please bring back the system where a player drops their bag when beaten in subdual or full damage.

I already made a bug report after I tested it and it does not work , neither does the player tool.

Do the dot commands not work?
Also, while I personally agree, this is a none trivial amount of scripting to do. If we just reimplemented the old bag drop system, it has bugs that destroy items, and the inconvenience of losing your quickslots (among other unequipping based issues)
If we just re implemented it, there would be huge complaints which would in some cases be justified.
This complaint is also justified though.
Long and short of it is, this requires a pretty complex, error/exploit prone system robe scripted and tested.
It ain't gonna happen tomorrow.
It is number 2 in my personal priority list if that helps though

.pvp subdual works, but does not drop the bag.
.loot does not work
.toggle loot does not workI notice there is a .loot on to drop your bag from the fugue, could this be interfering?

The person beaten down had to use .loot to turn it on.
(I know how bad that is, I am just explaining so it can be tested)

The dot command .loot does not work as you can see I tried it myself and its not recognized. Does it require something else like .set loot?

It's being discussed by the Team.

Well I looked into it and I can probably at least fix the system that was seemingly attempted to be implemented.
It's pretty broken right now. But i think I found all the problems. Hopefully I can fix it next time I get the module, and some time.
