Issue Description: You can take horses and ride around the server. Dunno if intended.

nope, we'd need to disable horse feats.

Just remove all variables and change tags from horses you place on areas, this should do it.

Seen horses at Immersea and that faction of knights I forgot the name.

Had this fixed a while ago, Echo. No longer you receive the mount/dismount feats.
