Shade Loyalists

I'm getting a lot of questions, and the team has come to a consensus:

You do not need an application to have a background from New Hlondath, the closest Imperial border settlement to Cormyr.

Please be aware though, that openly proclaiming Shade loyalties may result in discrimination in Cormyr.

Since the Steel Regent and the Emperor have made peace, it is feasible for Shadovar to be in Cormyr, but don't expect Cormyreans to be happy about it (Note : This is not to tell PCs how to react, but how the general feeling of the NPC populace would be to such characters)

Also note this is for regular humans who are subjects to the Empire of Loross, NOT Netherese Humans who come from the city of Shade itself. You cannot play those without discussing it with a DM, as Shadovar officers or nobles hold considerable power and sway.
