We need details of their acts, a list of those of note among them and their allies would be useful, when the time comes it would be a waste for a fractured glance to shatter them into separate cells to grow afresh.

Misa looks to re-empower a war wizards staff to try to gain the attention of the Purple Dragon dead, hoping to pause them long enough that some sort of conversation could be started with a view to finding out why they are not at rest.

I have given tentative agreement to the idea for want of a better alternative. I would hope that we could find a definative way to bring all there to peace but currently we have no better idea to proceed with.

I have been passed a glove that is doused in slime by the Councilor Ethel Blythe, i was to pass it to the greywatch personel but have not seen them yet.

I was unsure whether it was an attempt to mislead me and the investigation. I do not like being used as a delivery boy but as this had ramifications for the village and therefore the temple i took the glove.

The greywatcher has shown me the trail that was made and described some of the details above to me, though he did not reveal that the raven was his suspect to me.

I have not seen the raven fight and do not know his prefered style, so would have to look for others to corroborate.

Ethyl now carries the gem in the form of a blood red ring upon her finger.

It is a necromantic piece that feeds on its wearer unless fed otherwise, the food it desires is blood. I know that it has been fed the blood of humans, trolls and others, though mostly that of the wearers in self sacrifice.

The Scion of the Precept has examined it with me here in the temple and we have noted its obvious properties, though i do not think that both the rings have the potency that is seen in the one examined. I believe the one carried by Ethyl is the true gem and the one Miel has is a decoy made of garnet.

It is suggested that it is an ancient gem that has caused suffering fo rall that have held it since the days of the elven kingdom in the hullack, an implication being that it was somehow invovled in that downfall. Noteably the gem was initially in a crown when first found.

A plan has been proposed to explore the hullack and find any elven ruins and tombs that might lead to discovery of more information of this gem.

I noticed also during the discussions that Ethyl was irritable and scratching herself, particularly her chest. I worry that she is already succumbing to the lure and evil of the gem...

Mages, in all my travels I have found one that I trust. Most are too blinded by knowledge to see what lays around them. Learn all you can so we know the evil that festers. Sometimes a door needs to be opened with a boot to let the light in, so remain steadfast.
