I refer you to the Arabellan Citizenship for review and cause of the initial rebuke to the Royal Herald. The lawbook is less clear on the additional charges at the discretion of the Realm but in the interest of safeguarding the people of the realm, this should be treated as a serious crime, befitting that it is a serious concern and danger.

There is no provision for any lashing in the Kingdom lawbook for such a sentence. Any found to conspire with creatures of evil are to be named non citizen and have other charges laid at them at the discretion of the realm.

Therefore, the matter is clear.

Those who have aided Lycans are;
Declared non citizen and forfeit all protections of the law
Charge of Armed Assault for their role in the violent crimes inherent to Lycans.
Stripped of any offices held
Fines ranging between 5000 coin and 15000 coin with my personal recommendation as 10000.
Minimum of One Tenday's worth of labour as assign by the council, in this case would be the mentioned exile.

So I've managed to collect (Thanks @Valkyrie )enough prestige points and want to upgrade my armour.

Do we get any credit/turn in prestige for the armor/gear we have?
Assuming there is no credit, do we trash the armour/gear or get to keep it as a something we can gift to the next player that comes into the faction?

I will leave the matter of bringing Councilor Bryce to heel to this body then as you have stated he is clearly int the wrong. Eveningstar does not seek isolation nor will we allow any effort to erode the terms of the relationship between the Kingdom of Arabel and Bishopric of Eveningstar to go unchallenged by this body or any other.

Should the Councilor Bryce immediately cease and desist his "bloodhunt" into our affairs this matter can be dropped. Should you wish to explain to their Majesties why again a member of this council cannot accept the delicate and needed treaty between them and his grace, then proceed.

Demands will never be heeded. Requests will be given consideration and those that offer the hand of respect and friendship will find a willing one extended in return.

And while we contest among ourselves, enemies of the people are left to surround us. There are creatures who would see the promise of the realm snuffed out.

Each of us has personal views and truths they hold but is the purpose of this council not to find common cause? Are we not to put aside everything to defend the people?

Violence will cause more violence. Lightning bolts will bring Flames from the Heavens. Animals being driven to act outside their natural state will only turn more of the people against the wild spaces.

I implore this council to cease needless posturing and seek a common good for the people and the land.
