Hey there, once you use it on a player, sometimes, regardless of the answer, it will trigger that the player refused it.

Subdued pcs also instantly refuse, instead of approving.

Yeah, it's busted. Works against DM avatars for some reason though.

There is a work-around tool available now for Crown Guard PCs.
