Add a few more elemental spawns for sapping

Pretty simple really. Corrupted elementals don't drop essence and most mundane elementals outside quests are tiny little things. Also most quests that include elementals are capped at 9... meaning a level 10 can't collect essence very easy at all.

So I advise putting a few bigger elementals around the server in areas that are a bit dangrous, and maybe the odd rogue elemental on 10 cap quests.

I've seen fire, air and earth elementals randomly around while exploring thematic areas.
Though I've not yet run into any water.
