Discussion: Misa of the Golden Leaf permission to run a shop

Because I have read few files of late that do not point to her as part of the solution, I think we discuss for 3 days then put to the vote.

It was my understanding she did not wish to join the council. Has she changed her mind?

As for this shop, I do not think it is a matter for the Twelve, but for which every town she seeks to open the shop in.

If she has changed her mind and is willing to join the council, then I will support her election.

If everyone could try and convince Misa to join the council, it would make things a lot easier. She is aiding with many troubles as it is, having her able to report here directly would be more efficient.

Is the council of Twelve in the business of telling who can and cannot run shops?

As mentioned, Clerk Wickerton, the shop permit is not our problem to deal with. However, this conversation has shifted towards convincing miss Misa to join the council due to her involvement in many cases handled by the Council and valuable input in the past.

Does that clear it up for you?
