Marcus tried to join around a month ago and Jack was closer to two months.
I will remind you Jack raised Jazdia from the dead during my Deadwell expedition a few weeks ago.
Krayt and Jazdia died and Jack found two raise dead scrolls.
If he wished her dead he could have not used a scroll or kept it quiet.

On a dfferent note I've yet to get any reports about the Greywatch arrest of Jack and his Scarlets, including from the Greywatch itself. As things stand it very possible to conclude that Bryce just went to a kenku and said they had been arrested and beaten without anything taking place.
Full report please so I can double check against third parties please.

There is no evidence they commited any of the other things the bounties are for.

The dead or alive bounty is to be removed immediately. The Greywatch councillor has been empowered to do so due to their diligence in bringing this important matter to the fore.
Except for assault, there is no evidence in for most of these crimes.
We do not wish to set a precedent for the council of twelve unilaterally initiating kill orders without evidence of wrong doing.
If these people are guilty of these crimes is another matter.
The upper councils are somewhat displeased with how the council of twelve have handled the responsibilities so graciously granted them by the crown.

I will concede that I cannot verify many of these cases against the Scarlets nor did I forward anything more than assualt, but I was eye witness to several cases of negligence and directed misuse of arcane powers by Boom & Bewm. Any Bounty or sentencing for them is covered by the Precepts and shall be dealt with by the Precepts.

I feel like I should just remind all the councillors that racial protection levels dont really apply to councillors, members of the council are certainly "protected" by the laws of the crown.
