Then matters turned worse when someone began exclaiming that a rift was upon Eveningstar, forsaken by Lathander and caused by the Dawnbringer Sunguard herself! A councilor was present, who has promised the Militia and House of the Morning to get to the bottom of this.

A dawnsquire brings the slumbering body of an elf in white robes to the cloister. It would seem he collapsed on the edge of Eveningstar while conversing with Maire Anglemorn and Alparin Anglemorn. They both left explicit instructions that the elf be tended to. He is a hero.
The siblings fail to return to explain further.
Every now and then the elf cries out in his sleep, other times he merely weeps. When he is strong enough he screams. His caretakers cannot wake him. They dutifully tend to him as best they can.
