Rentable Storage

Rentable storage in various areas either as a perk(Much like for faction: exiles wage) or for gold. I assume it would be easy to just do a large initial cost to rent it vs a cost per x amount of time basis. Any areas you think might be appropriate for such, along with costs please suggest!
Another option would be making it a prestige point perk that contributes towards that prestige store/faction.
Areas:

Manticore/A shady alleyway residence
Misrim or the bazaar area
Inns/markets in other cities. Eveningstar, Immersea, even high crimmond.
Hill march, near the dwarf settlement. (great for miners)

These locations will become more specific, just currently brainstorming.

aka people can atm claim bases with storage, factions have lots of storage, weight reduction bags are much more common. It is to our hope in the future to add a rental storage/room system.
