      Wanted to take the time to introduce myself to the players and DMs alike. I've not played here on CoA for some time, and have been wandering on other servers or other games for about 5 years. Time to return to my roots.

      Special thanks to those who accepted my one minute old 1 xp character on the wood cutter quest last night. That helped re confirm I made a good decision coming back.

      Also, I hope to make as many problems for Moloch and Caek as I can. (who knows me by another name, as some older wandering players might too. New start to fun times.)

            WB, whoever you are.

            In the future, there are two simple rules to remember:

            NO SPITTING.

            DO NOT CROSS MISTER MOLOCH.

                      @Diminishing:

                      Special thanks to those who accepted my one minute old 1 xp character on the wood cutter quest last night. That helped re confirm I made a good decision coming back.

                      Of course. Anyone who wants to succeed in CoA follows Duckroll's Guide to Winning Plots and a low level PC fills the same role as a DM-pet by reducing DM-aggro on quests.

                      EMBARKING ON YOUR QUEST

                      We're all looted up, high level, and nobody else on the server knows about our plot, so we're now ready for that first DM quest. Remember that with a large party there is more danger of someone mentioning the plot to other players, so you should aim to have a small and optimal group (Tank, healbot, DPS and DM pet). The first three members of the group may seem like all you need, but the fourth is actually the most important. They may seem like dead weight, but are useful for making your group look good, reducing heat and preventing party wipes because the DMs like them.

                      To get everyone together for the quest, it's best to use blind party invites, ventrillo or facebook chat. Trying to find your gang in character or with a sending tends to tip everyone off that something is going down. For this reason, it's best that you go with the exact same group you run scripted quests with so no eyebrows are raised. You may want to make your DM pet member invisible so nobody sees them with your group.

                      While on the quest, make sure you keep you DM pet to the back. If the DM pet dies, you will have nobody reducing DM aggro, so overpowered monsters will spawn and kill you. In the disastrous event this does happen, tell them to respawn immediately. Keep holding tab and clicking anything that glows, you should be looking for clues so you can get in on the next quest in the plot, collecting as much loot as possible and making a few one liner combat taunts. Once the quest is over, go and take some time to split up the loot. The DM will get bored and stop watching after ten minutes, so after you are done you can kick the DM pet from your party, you don't need them any more.

                      Adre Darksteel, Brannus, Vazlah Nyirase, Kitara Rift, Jezebel Dourstein, Michard Hornwood, Viktor Valeholt, Evander Pendragon, Raghat Jotuman
