Faction quest loot

Guys, I don't want to have to mark things undroppable as I like to allow people freedom to do things, and often people can think of creative stuff I didnt think of, so any limitation in that is generally counter productive, but I need to tell you guys something it seems.
The faction entry quests, and the unique loot they provide as a reward, is not so you can create an alt character, run the quest, then give that item to your buddy so he can just use it like loot he found on a quest.
Faction quest loot is designed to help the new entrants into a faction have something extra to help them out a little, not to just be traded between characters, especially in an OOC fashion.
If you have one of the items you gain from completing one of the entrance quests to a faction, and are not part of that faction, trash the loot.
While I'm at it, the plebian court get an item that people have now METAGAMED as being specific to that group. They do not look special, thats why they have a generic name. I intended to add in a similar item to a store so that this didn't happen but never got around to it. Please stop saying you KNOW THEY ARE FROM THE COURT because you saw them with a piece of clothing, because it looks like any old piece of clothing, it doesnt have 'I AM A PLEBIAN COURT MEMBER!!! HELOOO!!!!' written on it. Frankly I find it silly I have to tell you this, but there we are.
