What song are you listening to right now?

Brutally sensual instrumentation.
I've been listening to a lot of NIN recently, I was quite lucky to see them on thier last ever tour (supposedly)
They closed on Hurt, and just before that was Something I Can Never Have. It was quite, quite brilliant.
-
The Sound of Music: Thrash Metal Edition. With 3 hours of mind-blowing ear-popping shit-shattering classics by stoned school drop outs that were given a drum set, a sore throat and an electric guitar with only two strings and the stats to max.

Last?
I certainly hope not.
Never had the opportunity to see them live.Generally I enjoy Reznor's work.
Some of it I don't, but that's par for the course. What I don't care for at all is the Cult of Personality that seems to burgeon like some foul, addled vegetation around individuals like him and Maynard Keenan of Tool, for instance.
I suppose that's just the inevitable consequence of being in the limelight. -
Lullacry Better Days
-
I can't listen to my music while playing because I can't immerse myself in the game. My music is mostly dancing music… when I listen to music it won't be long before I am tired and sweaty like hell.

By the way standing between the Of Montreal stage and the stage with him doing solo piano and whispering into a mic was a total mess of a way to see either band.
Strangely enough he opened for Janes Addiction on that show, which was the same concert I saw 20 years ago. Aren't rock stars supposed to die young or something? When did NIN and Janes Addiction become the f'ing Rolling Stones?
-
C'mere by Interpol.
-
Some Toad the Wet Sprocket. The Fear album, for a sample

About 15 years ago I would have killed to see NIN nowadays not so much, cant say i really enjoyed much he did after the downward spiral tbh, a few songs are good but none as good as march of the pigs.
