Took a look at F&P and found the Cold Domain on Forgotten Realms WIKI.

So I'll add Repose and see if I can find something in the .tlk table that will allow me to add a Cold or Ice Domain.
I think I could add a Moon Domain, but it would have a ridiculous name like Moon - Fog Color instead of Moon because of tlk table limitations, or "Moonstone Mask".
What would people think of having a domain even if the naming looked somewhat dumb like that?

As long as you included in the description that "this is the Moon domain, guys", then I'd be OK with it.

It would be a little silly, but I think the moon domain would be quite unique with its "turn lycanthropes" ability and so be worthwhile putting in.
Besides, I hardly ever look at my feat-choices list, although I would end up checking to see what perks it gives - I wouldn't mind that much.
I don't really know how to go about checking the tlk table myself, but is there nothing even vaguely relating to Moon as a word or the domain's powers? Lycanthrope, Midnight, Stars?
EDIT: I am pretty sure that a tlk file can be added as well, but i've no idea how to do that.

Yeah, you only see the domain name at creation anyhow.

While we're on the subject, did that damn .2da/tlk get found yet where you can change class names serverside and have it show up as such for the players, no downloads required?

I know what file that stuff is in, I don't know if you can change it serverside and have it work for the players. If someone knows about doing this, let me know, it would open up many possibilities.

According to that, Earthquake is capped at 10d6 damage, making it a spell that isn't particularly powerful. However its range and likely damage type as physical make it better than fireball and its variants. I think you could reasonably drop that spell to fit as a level 4 or 5 spell.

Level 3 Restoration
Level 4 Raise Dead
Level 5 Heal
Level 6 ResurrectionSlight variation on Forte's suggestions for Renewal. Removed Cure Serious Wounds at 1 because it was too powerful, but mostly because it falls into the healing domain, not the renewal one. The Heal spell however, cleanses the body of all malign effects, and suits the Renewal domain well.

Could Metal domain grant weapon focus: warhammer instead? I thought the core rule was proficiency + focus for a hammer of your choice- and it seems unlikely that there would be people who opt for light hammer. I guess I'm not sure which would be a more fair feat to grant (proficiency in all martial weapons vs. a feat you'd be forced to take another feat to even benefit from).

I've personally seen it work for players. As in it'll display the altered name for players. In playerlist, it'll show the Bioware names and etc, it only changes when logged in.
As for Renewal, is it possible to have the domain scripted to give an Extend Spell effect to Monstrous Regeneration? Or maybe increases the amount you get from it.

I could do that, but yeah, not sure how it would fly with most players to have to take a feat to use your feat.

Still wanting to point out that clerics get negative energy ray as a default on as a lvl 2 spell (regarding the undeath domain). So perhaps swap it with animate dead?

Bumping this to say if we're talking PrC feats for domain ones, replace Purple Dragon Wrath in Retribution/Vengeance for Divine Wrath. Not only does the name become more appropriate, it sounds more like a cleric thing.
This is assuming PD Wrath wasn't chosen for primarily the single target versus DW working on any target.

What about adding martial weapon proficiency to the martial gods? E.g. Torm, Silverbeard, Tempus, Helm, etc. I always found it strange that Helms chosen weapon is a bastard sword and as a faithful priest you cannot yield one unless you take the feats.

for Darkness domain..
Blind Fight feat, along with Darkness as a lvl 1 spell can be rather powerful. Maybe give Darkvision instead of Blind Fight. -
Dunno if someones mentioned this already but giving people with the mist domain slippery mind for free seems a bit off.
Its normal prerequisite is 10 levels of rogue.. furthermore I dont think that having automatic rerolls on any failed save vs mind magic is anything to do with suspended water particles in the air!

I just felt that giving a reroll on failed saves on mind magic to a class with high will saves was too much of a mechanical advantage over some of the other domains is all.
