In order to make decisions for the council faster and less tiresome for all, I am hoping to compile a list of previous council decisions which can be quickly referenced to see if we even need to vote on something. If the council has decided on a course of action regarding something in the past, we can simply use this previous decision without the need for arduous back and forth, and a flawed voting system. This will take me some time, it's also why I spent some time archiving some old files to familiarise myself with it.-Izereth. -

Whilst clearing the achieves, a clerk comes across the dusty old file. The notes cause such offense the clerk runs to Mrs Dawn, which raises it to the Upper Council, which raises it to their leaders. Swifty, the offending article is crossed over and locked away. Noting them as too presumptuous and a great offense to the Council and Crown.
