      Rather than bounty and hunt the Murrain several councillors have agreed on the idea of penal service

      There are several tasks they are suited to.

      They could assist with the Hillmarch planar situation as they have powerful druids

      Another possibility is working on a powerful poison to spread through the thralls of the beholder hive

          I have prayed upon it, and I believe it is in keeping with the ideals Lathander teaches us to let them seek redemption. If they fail to do so, however, the grace of Lathander will be replaced by his wrath.
