• Floating moss on the fence, in the third square on the right sided path of the map
• Doors were wide open even when entering the area and no enemies spawned
• Unable to complete quest since there were no spawns

Spawn issue should be resolved
As for doors, the more things that have to spawn in an area, the more resources it drains, so I'm not in a rush to put doors on every single doorway (there are dozens). There are doors where there need to be accessible doors, though!
