Jax and Boravar

For the assault and maiming of multiple of Arabels citizens, and taking of body parts, and general violence, Jax Crow-Beak and Boravar are to be considered criminals stripped of citizenship and brought dead or alive to the Palace. I request that a substantial reward be awarded for each of them. They are armed and extremely dangerous. It is also noted that the organization known as the Scarlet Syndicate is to be Exiled if they do not cease their interactions with these criminals.

A member of the Twelve will need to reach out the Syndicate and inform them of the criminal activity within their ranks prior to exile. Would you be willing? A letter should do fine.
I also recommend documenting the account of these other citizens whom have been assailed, testimony goes far.
