Eagle Splendor Feat not working

When using the Eagle's Splendor feat (provided by Charmed domain) it plays the animation but does not provide the spell effect at all. Everything is as it should be (proper domains/alignment for the deity) and spells work fine, it's probably just a script issue.

It is calling the Harper Eagle Splendor Feat, not a spell. Looking into it.

@Puffy You can't modify this, it's hard coded to use harper levels.

This would need to be added in some other way.

(One suggestion is an item with use/day, that is none drop)
