Pro-Tips for PvP

Well, people are rewarded a PRC for exceptional RP.
But the assassin class requires you to kill someone for money. And you said up there something like assassins aren't expected to provide the RP, it's an expectation towards the one who hires them.Do you get a PRC for someone else's exceptional RP? I don't get this.

An assassin kills people for money. That is what he does. That is his role. If he's doing this, then he's playing his role. It's possible for an assassin concept to be engaging and above and beyond killing people. To earn the PrC, he needs to be seen as the go-to guy when someone needs to be removed, built a solid reputation as a killer for hire.

The point of the thread is that the only people you talk to during PvP, before when expecting, or after when resolving, are the DMs in an OOC manner. Telling someone as simple as "Hey having a confrontation in Hullack with Caroline Fucking winterbark" is OOC metagaming.
I am glad people actually care enough to mention how EFU handles parties, but it's irrelevant to the matter at hand.

PvP and escalation, it's like with girls. The rule of the three dates. On the first date you can kiss, on the sec- … well, you know what I mean ...

in the previous version of arabel, there were several periods of time where i had made a few enemies, and when making enemies you occasionally get assassins sent after you. I managed to survive my first encounter with one in a inn room while resting, and my character being quite smart came up with a solution to resting
i would hire or get friends to watch over me when i needed to rest, when they would try to wait just outside the door…i would remind them, if there is a invisible assassin, waiting in the room would be of better use, never had trouble with a assassin after that

My style used to be:
"Try Slay Living, if it didn't work then run away"
