Actually... the recipe you quoted ( 3 Amethyst dust and lesser reagent) are for making these via alchemy

using enchanting oil, sawdust and amethyst is to make them via enchanting

all is correct as listed but I added the "minor enchanting oil" to the forum post for enchanted elemental bags

also some doors cannot be sneaked (locked ones, for example)

Seems to be fine now so was probably just lag.

Should be resolved in version 20241108 Strife 8606.
Please confirm once its live.
