I would check out ToM, too, but I can't stand NWN2. I own NWN2 but haven't bought the xpacs (probably need 'em all for ToM) and don't plan on it since I play 10-15 minutes of NWN2 and go "meh."
Then again, I hear Mask of the Betrayer was loads better and about Thayans and junk. Sounds tempting.
