      Character level up on creation
      Server Version: 241216 Echo 8634
      Time: Time of post

      Issue Description: Feat is selectable at level one and level two as a fighter. Was not selectable at level three. Is it only supposed to be a bonus fighter feat?

        Correct. Asked about this on discord a while back and DM confirmed it was only selectable as a fighter bonus feat, not a general feat.I believe the same also applies to the Second Wind feat.
