      My character has 3 will.

      I have +7 versus fear.

      I was given Protection from Evil by a level 9 wizard. My save versus it should be much higher.

        Fear is mostly used by wolves which are neutral. PfE shouldnt cover it if it's cast/done by a neutral creature imo. Fear by itself isnt an evil thing.
