I am afraid to tell you that the Crown Guards arrest of Volklov is a sham and the "Evidence" is planted forgeries
I went to the barracks to see what was going on and Ash asked me to search Volklov.
I found some copies of council files and a note saying to deliver information or the Duke would be angry. I asked Volklov what was going on and they said they were planted on him. In a brief look of them before Ash demanded to see what was found I can confirm they are not Volklovs writing and but not someone I am familiar with a.
Phillipe of the Transcendence also confirms he made the posters that Ash acted on and that a council member leaked him the information
He refuses to say who the leak is however but it is most likely Ash.

The Crowns Guard has arrested him and charged him with treason, the Obsidian Skulls agreed to bring him to trial in a week's time.
If he is found guilty or innocent will be determined then.
Till then, a new Councilor from the Skulls will be appointed.
This is not a matter for the Council of 12.
