Dunno if bug or feature. According to the conversations I had, Militia is subordinate to Crown Guard, but the Call Allies tool does not work with their guards.

Could we get it changed?

The militia is independent from the Crown Guards, Crown Guards can only use other Crown Guards for Call Allies
