Slander of the Crown Guard

I have heard offhand remarks from a few peasant adventurers that could be construed as slander against the Crown Guard.
I propose that slander of our men and women be considered a serious offence, and subject to fines as appropriate.
Is someone able to update the Palace Clerks so that it can be addded to the books at once?
