You said that if Marchetti commited anymore crimes after he was released last week he should be flayed or his head piked.
He has been animating undead on the road and is said to have murdered Elrinde. I believe this is suffcient grounds to make an example of what will happen to those that bring chaos and crime to the streets as he is utterly unrepentant for anything he does

The Church of the Dark Sun announce:
Elrinde, The Swarmscourge
Has fallen blade in hand, battling the Great Swarm of the Hullack, in service of the Four Crowns.
She will rise again, to serve in undeath as she did in life, to ensure the safety of the realm.
She gave her life for the Church, and so she will continue to serve.
-Supreme Inquisitor Marchetti of the Church of the Four Crowns
I seek permission for his execution when he is captured

Most troubling, though such animation as they describe is ordained and allowed within the church. Find the truth of the matter, prove that Elrinde did not fall and give permission to the church of Cyric to serve in death, and I daresay that will suffice for the purposes of the Crown Guard.

Count Immerdusk.
I believe these prove that Elrinde did not allow herself to be killed and animated by Marchetti and Kold
@knockknock said in An Open Letter: Man:
Today the Inquisitors of Cyric proudly announced the animation of a Sir Rymer Cressan on the western road.
Saeharice, Great Druid of the Hullack, fought aside his cousin Elrinde to repel the dark Knights. Elrinde gave her life to drive back foul necromancy. Necromancy which is an affront to nature and all that is sacred and right.
What must be done for Man to take action? The Inquisitors Kold and Josef make no secret of their crimes. To the contrary, they proudly flaunt their puppets as though they were trophies.
Yet Man looks on.
Gormless and limp.
This is as much a failing of Man as it is the sin of two. Man has allowed - continues to allow - shadows to grow long in their midst.
Laws of convenience and immunity make them weak, make them complicit in the crimes of their people.
Rise now or fall with those of their creation.
There can be no more excuses.
Act.

Great Druid of the Hullack.@gloomy_sunday said in The Crown Guard:
Remove your wanted posters.
If you wish to speak to the Inquisition of the church of the Dark Sun you know exactly where to find us.
Elrinde fell aiding the Inquisition in bringing down a wanted criminal lycanthrope that dwells in the woods.
She was recovered and shall be sainted to rise again and do battle with the scourge known as the elven fellowship.
Any attempts to hinder the Inquisition in its holy duties shall be met with a fate far worse than death.
High Inquisitor Kold Witness

I would suggest Kold face the same fate as Marchetti

So to be clear, your main evidence is the word of a criminal druid? One that claims this Elrinde was fighting alongside him?
I don't much like these Cyricists, mind you, but it seems to me that even if this is true the only casualty is a woman who was aiding a known criminal with an actual bounty, and if anything these Cyricists are doing more about this spider freak than anyone else has thus far.
Capture this Seaharice and bring him in so we can question him more directly before bringing him the crowns justice. If he truly is telling the truth he would come in willingly would he not?
