It looks poorly on us if members perform blood magical experiments on citizens, especially ones that could cause lasting harm to them

The half elf Silvara has been struggling for some time to come to terms with herself and has a deep phobia of anything magical as well as a skittish personality. I realised a likely reason was she was a sorceress who had some early and unpleasant encounter with her magic or was running from her family and its magic... so I adopted a strategy to take her under my wing a little and try to get her to open up and come to peace with herself.
I then found concerning rumours that Izererth is targeting her and trying to abuse her skittish nature and lack of security in herself, to corrupt her into an eyeball cultist.
Thus I decided to act and talked her into drinking a watered down version of my elixir of dragons that I had been working on in the past to try and wake up my own blood. While the exact effects were going to be a bit of a dice roll, I decided that draconic with a sense of loyalty to me was far better than aberrant with a sense of loyalty to Izereth for both Silvara and the kingdom as a whole, and that the elixir seemed a logical way to increase her loyalty to me.
Anyway the elixir seems to have ‘awoken’ magic in Silvara, and she is now casting spells of the undead smiting light beam sort. I will now help her train, and more importantly, make sure she doesn’t become that eyewitches plaything.

You may have meant well and did what you thought was best for Silvara, but upon joining the Crown Guard you were told by Sir Everduke to cease these experiments to awaken your own or others blood and now you openly admit to not doing so.
There is also the fact we don't know if this concoction could have side effects which would hurt Silvara in the future , you don't know if her bloodline is Draconic at all and honestly it seems you are pushing your draconic desired onto others as you use them in your experiments
If you cannot be trusted to keep your word to a Knight of the Realm how can you be trusted in other matters .

Adelaide now seems to have latched onto Esme, A green dragonblooded Talontar.
She has been witnessed spouting the nonesense about her having the blood of a green dragon herself again.

Also why don't you go arrest some criminals Dominic, or is kissing drow cultist boots more your thing?
