Will there be a list of names and specifications? Or should we add everyone unfortunately named Murrain in the area as collaborators in this heinous act?

I know you aren't afforded the time to learn of recent happenings as we are good clerk, but the Murrain are a group of Talona worshipers, not a person's name.
We know that two of them at this incident were named Tenebris and Hans. There were at least two others as well, a half-orc and one who casted lightning magic.Make the posting say that the outlaw and bounty shall be placed on all of them, with the clause that it shall be lifted once the four responsible for this incident are turned in.
Or don't and just put the bounty on all of them. Whichever is easier for you.
